Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of software products sold by VStudio (CVR 46665171, Denmark), including the VST plugins VShaper, VMelt and VQualizer (collectively "the Products").

1. License

When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for your own music production, on your own machines. The license is granted to you personally — not to a company or studio, unless agreed otherwise.

2. What you may not do

3. Purchases & payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider (a Merchant of Record), which handles VAT and other applicable taxes. Prices are shown in USD. You receive your license key by email immediately after a successful purchase.

4. Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly. Because you receive the license immediately, the EU 14-day withdrawal right is waived when you agree to immediate delivery at checkout. If a Product is defective or does not work as described, we will fix it — and if we cannot, we will refund your purchase within 14 days. Contact us at contact@vstudiodigital.com.

5. Trials

We do not currently offer time-limited trials. If a trial is ever offered, it is a time-limited, fully featured license (14 days unless stated otherwise). It is not a second copy you may keep after expiry. We do not watermark your bounce. Formats listed on the product page are the formats we ship — we do not sell Mac/AU/AAX until those builds exist.

6. Updates

Updates and bug fixes are provided at our discretion. We are not obliged to provide updates, but we generally do — this is a one-man studio that cares about its tools.

7. Intellectual property

All code, DSP algorithms, artwork, branding and documentation in the Products are the intellectual property of VStudio. This license gives you the right to use the Products — nothing more.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the Products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, with the ordinary Danish courts as venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of a Product after changes means you accept them.
