Only what you choose to give us:

• Email address — when you join a waitlist (and which product you asked about: VShaper, VMelt, VQualizer).
• Purchase details — when you buy a plugin, our Merchant of Record (Creem) collects what they need to take payment, issue a license key, and handle VAT. We receive the email and product you bought so we can support you.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or ad networks on this site. We do not run third-party analytics today. If that changes, this page will say so before it ships.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To send you launch and waitlist updates — based on your consent (you signed up).
• To handle support enquiries — based on our legitimate interest in answering you.

4. Who we share it with (processors)

• Formspree — processes waitlist form submissions (their privacy policy).
• Netlify — hosts this website.
• Creem — Merchant of Record for plugin purchases (their privacy policy applies at checkout).
• Our email provider — to send waitlist and support emails.

We never sell your data. We never share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. You can ask at any time.
